i spent several nights at this hotel and found it quite suitable. the staff was helpful and always available at reception. i enjoyed the proximity to shops as it made getting necessities very convenient. the location offered easy access to local attractions, a plus.
The elevator was a bit slow. It sometimes caused a small delay.

I found the animation team got everyone involved in activities. I enjoyed the bingo and the quiz night. I would come back based on this experience (the karaoke was great!).
Some staff were not helpful. I stayed here before, so I was disappointed by the lack of assistance.

the room faced the sea and i could see everything. the walk to the sea from the pools was very short at only 39 seconds. the air conditioning worked perfectly and was simple to use.
the corridors were tiled so it was noisy when other guests returned at night.

The hotel had a great location. It was close enough to walk to the main area. A local water taxi stop was conveniently right outside. The food offered something for everyone in a buffet style.
The rooms seemed not quite as clean as they initially looked. I noticed issues in the corners. The hotel generally felt dated and in need of some care. The cocktails were of poor quality. They came ready mixed and served in plastic cups.

the location was acceptable with restaurants nearby shops and transport were close too
i had a disappointing experience with the room's cleanliness corners were not properly cleaned the hotel felt dated and in need of better maintenance also there was a random sewage smell throughout the day
